The Real Computer Shop - Matlock

I went to buy a new laptop at The Real Computer Shop based solely on the fantastic reviews it had received! And now I'm adding to those fantastic reviews! The advice was so straightforward and direct that I chose a laptop and left the shop within 32 minutes! I collected it a few days later, with everything installed and ready to go, as promised. I have also had a follow-up phonecall checking to make sure everything is running smoothly. The fact that I can call them at any point to answer any queries is also reassuring! Keelan's advice and professional approach were greatly appreciated; he made a potentially stressful purchase completely stress-free. To anyone considering using larger companies in Derby or elsewhere (as I was!), don't bother; The Real Computer Shop offers all the personalised and professional service you'll need.

Exceptional customer service.We found the Real Computer Shop Matlock by accident when we had a short walk around Matlock. Really glad we did. The service throughout has been excellent. Professional, knowledgeable and friendly. On our first visit they explained that they build computers to the customer's specification. We subsequently decided to take the plunge and ordered a computer – the RCS H4 with Ryzen 7 processor. All of the discussion took place by email as we were on holiday. Rapid responses to our questions, interesting advice along the way and we soon reached agreement on the final specification They also agreed to transfer over the settings on our existing computer. The computer was ready the following week. We collected it, got it home and everything was set up so we just needed to switch it on. The computer is much better than we were hoping for. Quick start up and very responsive. They provided the best service we have experienced in a very long time. We will unreservedly recommend them to our friends.

I went to RCS to replace the desktop they supplied in 2016.The team listen well to what your needs are, and give trustworthy professional advice and support. They all have terrific attention to detail, and the service is absolutely first-class. Most important is that they are super-helpful, and do what they say they will do. Their after-sales service is amazingly good. Buying IT kit can be fraught, but they make the process smooth from start to finish. I would not buy from anywhere else.

I have been dealing with the real computer shop in Matlock now for a number of years and they are first class. The staff are friendly, trustworthy, very helpful and treat you with respect even when you ask simple and sometimes silly questions you are not made to feel stupid. I would recommend using this shop for any service regarding computers. A big thank you to all the staff working there.
