I work here at the moment and me personally think it's a fantastic place to work yes like most jobs it's got good points and bad but for me it's good ones

British Airways, who have stopped caring about any aspect of their customers, forgot to put my bag on the plane. This severely impacted my plans. BA of course washed their hands of the situation and passed it onto Eagle. What a relief it was to find that Eagle are run and staffed by real caring authentic humans who understand that there is a person at the end of the process. Personable, professional and people of their word- bag promised before 12pm- bag arrived at 11.30am - job done. Thoroughly recommended.

Terrible customer experience I had with eagle aviation.British Airways lost our luggage. When they found them, they transferred them to eagle aviation.The bags have been sitting with eagle aviation for a wee, now.(one of the bags has a Samsung tag , so I know were is my bag all the time).Since we were moveing from day to day (we walked the west highland way for 6 days) I wrote them in an email where I would be every day. I sent several emails, called by phone...they don't answer, twice I waited on the line for over 10 minutes.In conclusion, a company with bad management and poor customer service.

Ist offensichtlich der Service" Partner des Glasgow Airport für delayed Luggage. Hatten unseren Koffer mindestens 3 Tage bei sich (nach Übergabe vom Airport) rumliegen ohne ihn auszuliefern. Wir haben dann einen ganzen Urlaubstag investiert
