Dogs Trust Charity Shop

The manager is incredibly rude, a worthwhile cause but genuinely feel sorry for the staff.

I like this shop for its nice and well presented stock; it makes for a great browsing experience. However, since it's predominantly a clothes shop, I believe that the changing room(s) should be now be re-opened in line with most clothes retailers. Even though you can get a refund for items that don't fit within 14 days this means the hassle of going back into town, parking, etc., and the shop manager appears very inflexible regarding refunds beyond the 2 weeks. Again, this wouldn't be such an issue if the items were cheaper, but with everything costing £5 and upwards, I cannot to simply redonate everything. I think eventually customers will vote with their feet and shop elsewhere if this unflexible approach carries on.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I absolutely love Dog Trust in St Neots! It's hands down the best shop in the area. The quality of clothes is impeccable and they are incredibly well looked after. I recently found a beautiful Superdry trench coat there, which is my dream winter jacket. The ladies at the shop are so friendly and caring, making the shopping experience even more enjoyable. I'm surprised they haven't received more reviews because they truly deserve all the praise. This is definitely my go-to clothing shop now. Highly recommend visiting – you won't be disappointed! ❤️

Really expensive. I shop in charity shops for a multitude of reasons- because I am on a budget, to recycle, to support charities. This shop charges silly prices for stock they get for free! I now avoid this shop, and find just as nice bargains in the other 3 shops.

Excellent shop, everything is well organised. I have bought things and donated here. When you donate items to the Dogs trust they send you a letter on how much your things have made for them which is a lovely touch.
