I have had a number of alterations done by them. Jeans taken in and repaired, bags that I wanted changing. Always been very happy with their price and service. Nothing I asked for was for delicate alterations, for practical strong repairs I have been very happy and I can recommend them for this type of work without hesitation.

I was given them curtains for shortening. Overpriced -price not listed. Service very poor ,not professional. .Give back your belongings without packaging and steam ,just drop on the table .I will not come back ,have another dry cleaners around, more professional and accurate.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!! I brought in a jumper to be dry cleaned and they made a massive hole in it. The owner did not listen to what I had to say and only met me with complete defense. Absolutely unreasonable and did not want to take any responsibility. Please do yourself a favor and go to another dry cleaners. Not worth the risk.

This cheat agreed to clean and repair my rug and charged me £35, but the job he did was appalling, leaving the rug all blotchy & uneven. I am now going to give it to a specialist, who will remedy the situation for a further £45. I returned to Sunlight to express my dissatisfaction and asked for a refund, but was refused. The fellow offered to have another go, using 'stronger chemicals,' but clearly, he lacks the equipment and expertise to clean such items and should not have taken the job on in the first place. Unfortunately, he doesn't have sufficient grace to accept his failure and lacks the integrity to make it right.

They simply do not know how to dry clean button down business shirts. The shirts come back wrinkled every single time. I had to re-iron the shirts before I could wear it to the office without looking frumpy. Very inexpensive but you get what you pay for. To avoid.

Used them once when I handed in a number of shirts to wash and iron. They ironed the shirts without washing them, saving themselves a few bob, but leaving my shirts dirty. Untrustworthy, will never use them again. Very short-sighted business plan.

Rude Rude Rude -HORRIBLE Place!!! They put a double line down my new trousers suit - 1st time to be dry cleaned. I went back in with it and the horrible man asked me for £2!!! I was shocked with him how dare he - he said he couldnt see it and he didnt care about my suit!! What a disgrace of a place. I dont have a receipt to prove anything but i will put this all over the web - Go there if you want your suit ruined and to listen to the above as his response!!!

Absolutely mortified! Rude and inconsiderate! DAMAGED my child’s coat that cost over £300. Rips and marks! Refused to give me a resolution or an email address for me to take it further! Have contacted trading standards! Place needs shutting down!
