wow, what a service and that too in a clean nice smelling Mercedes, best bit was normal prices but luxury service, Driver 7's was very friendly and chatty which makes it even more comfy. Felt like men in black movie with driver wearing a suit. Very professional company

Usually really happy with the service. Have used them lots of times in Peterborough. If you’re travelling around that area it’s fine.However,Booked a taxi in Stamford for a wedding at 12:15. Quoted a price. £13 for the journey. Booked hours in advance, thought the price was very cheap but the app stated it so thought no more of it.Then got a phone call 5 minutes before it was due to arrive saying it would actually be £19. We said fine, and waited. We then got another phone call, saying that they had no taxis in the area. And it would be £35. Almost triple the initial price we were given by the app.My partner said yes, but I told him to call them back and cancel, as it was to late notice and frankly a joke.I then drove to the wedding we were attending or we could have risked being late! In a warm car as my air con had just stopped working, in 30 degree heat.Completely understand that you want a car to be there to make the journey worthwhile. But that’s not our fault. And the service we received Saturday wasn’t good enough, and not up to usual good standards.

I used luxe cars for months and they were incredible, 5star service and timing but the past 4 bookings have been absolutely horrific. The first time the driver forgot to get me and took another job, the next two I had booked for 7pm so I could catch my needed train and at 7pm they were still 20 minutes away and the same for today, I booked my taxi at 9am for 6:25 to be sure and at 6:23 was told they were 11 minutes away, absolutely appalling.

Really happy with the service, travelled with friends several times but I personally downloaded the app and booked a taxi for the first time myself. It was really easy and straight forward. Will be using again. Also thank you for the first free ride 10/10.

Used the service for months until things started to change.1. Drivers patronizing customer by saying 'you want taxi, you have to wait' (english 101).2. The app showing 5 mins waiting time even after I waited for over 20 mins.3. Got charged for a trip I cancelled and took me around 10 days to get a refund....and more.I used the service for over 100 times so I know why I am saying that it has changed completely. Now I don't use it anymore and Goldstar seems to be more reliable, even though they don't have C class.Good luck in the future and hopefully it will change until it goes south.

Thought I would book an airport transfer to reduce hassle for our upcoming holiday, however tried e-mailing and got an instant reply saying use Facebook Messenger for speedier responses. Did this but responses are slow, agents read messages but do not reply in a timely manner ('Typically responds in an hour' doesn't mean the agents have to wait at least an hour before responding) and still waiting for a satisfactory conclusion to my query 24hrs after initiating contact. Very disappointing service and good to see companies are prepared to throw away £300+ worth of business

Brilliant service, I have used them several times now. Cars are very smart looking, feels like a chauffeur service not a taxi. Drivers are all wearing suits. Called one night from Peterborough Hospital, it was raining and the driver offered an umbrella. Use the app on my phone so paying is easy don't need to worry if I don't have cash on me.

Excellent, prompt service and really friendly drivers. A smooth journey in an e class Merc and the drivers are all suited. Pretend you’ve got a chauffeur but at a price that is the cheapest I’ve got in Peterborough. Highly recommended.

Luxe is a great service! The drivers are always polite, vehicles are always clean and fresh. The pickup location positioning on the app could do with improvement as it isn’t accurate after adding your address, sometimes guiding drivers to the wrong location/address which can be a little disconcerting when booking however, the drivers usually figure out where you really are. Luxe have a very good price point, not expensive compared to other taxi services and so far NEVER LATE! Highly recommended by myself and many others.
