Excellent and timely response to initial query and likewise communication thereafter until completion of the job.Barry is very polite and professional and fixed our door lock issue for a very reasonable price. He also provided an explanation of the works and advice going forward.Very happy with the overall service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Absolutely first class service from Barry for changing locks. very professional service from the initial phonecall, to Barry coming to measure the lock and then for the Installation. Cannot praise his workmanship and professionalism enough. Will definitely use again if required, but I highly recommend using Grampian Locksmiths.

Fast response, quickly fixed and at a fair / good price - very pleased.My daughter found them on the Ellon Mumsnet Facebook pages as 'highly' recommended. Barry contacted us very quickly after our enquiry and was round to replace the barrel lock for the door a couple of hours later. It was done very quickly and efficiently with extra keys provided as well as a quick lubrication around all the mechanical locking points and Covid practices carried out ending in wipe downs.
