Friendly knowledgeable staff, who were very patient with us, as we were Christmas shopping with my elderly grandmother who had a lot of questions! They very politely answered them all, and we were made to feel welcome.

Visited The Body Shop a few days ago and was blown away by the fantastic customer service I received. Nicky is so knowledgable about her products and answered every question I had. She is absolutely wonderful and I will definitely be back.

Staff did not seem one bit bothered about anything else other than chatting to each other, to the point that I'm even questioning whether they noticed I was there. Very different from experiences in other branches.

I went to bodyshop today on a hunt for a a certain product, but after asking for it i got told it got discontinued a lady ( with blue mixed hair, appolgies for not knowing your name)happily helped me and told me about the new product and took me and helped find my exact shade of foundation and gave some brilliant advice!!!! Made my experience at Bodyshop a whole lot better!!! Absoutely loved it. The customer care was absolutely oustanding, and i was made so welcome.

My mother was left nearly in tears after the lady serving her treated her so badly.the manager who witnessed the whole thing didn't step in until my sister asked her to.who then didn't make the girl apologise or anything.she sent her to the back and then told my mother she would refund my mother's whole purchase when they got back to the till she only refunded some.disgusting way to treat your customers.
