Cannot fault the service we received from Dalesview. Our electric kept tripping and then gave up..Called Dalesview at 1600 Tuesday and a very helpful and friendly guy turned out at 1800. New mcb fitted and electric back on at 1830..Great stuff would highly recommend Dalesview.

Used this place a few times now, both for our Geist caravan and our converted Vivaro campervan. Fixed all the issues, some of which had been a problem for years, also fitted an awning rail, and all very reasonably priced. Jodie is super friendly and sends regular updates by what's app, so you know what is happening at all times. Highly recommended.

Ordered spares item mail order and it is apparently out of stock. It would have been courteous for you to have informed me of that fact rather than let me wait 10 days. Still awaiting credit card refund. Will not deal with you again .Why do you not publish a phone number on your website? Cowboys.

We take as we find, Daleview repaired our caravan toilet recently, they had to take it away, and we had to wait for parts, they moved the electrical parts so what caused the problem wouldnt occur again, we were more than happy with the service. And its very local to our site which helps. When we paid they brought out all the old electric wires toilet seals and fuse box to prove theyve all been replaced, which they didn't need to do, but was nice all the same. Thank you guys.

Alex from Dalesview Caravans recently sold me 2 leisure batteries at £100 each. A few weeks later I called him as i realised that my previous batteries, also bought from Alex, were less than 2 years old and still in warranty. He agreed to look into this. I heard nothing so after 2 weeks I called and Alex advised that the batteries had been charged too many times and the manufacturer was not prepared to pay out. I asked him to forward me his email correspondence with the manufacturer so i could pursue it myself, he agreed to do so. I heard nothing so chased him up but he would not answer his phone. I sent messages and voicemails but he ignored them all. I then showed up and after a lengthy conversation, Alex admitted he had been lying to me and admitted that my old batteries actually just needed a good charge. At first he was not even willing to refund but after a long argument, he returned my batteries and my money and I returned the batteries he had sold me. I have the whole conversation recorded if he chooses to dispute this. The only thing i can say in Alex's defence is that i think he did initially believe that my old batteries were dead. I believe it was when i questioned the guarantee that he then looked into it further and realised that they just needed a good charge and it was at this point he started to lie to me in the hope i would let it lie. He hadn't even communicated with the manufacturer. Very disappointed as I have used Alex for a few years now but will not be doing so any more.

Excellent service from the couple who own this caravan spares and repair business. We rang the day before to check if they had a part for our Moho and went next day where they were happy to help as we couldn’t fit it ourselves, all at a very reasonable price.
