Great views of the Marina!

Horrific experience living there. Sub-standard quality of painting and other major faults in flats, spiders and webs on the tower, impossible to open windows or use balcony, 3 water pipes burst in less than 24 hours, flooded stairways, overheated hallways due to bad ventilation, sprinkler system needs reinstallation - 3 days works to drill holes in the new apartments, even if repainted, the quality will not be the same, overpriced flats then when money is needed everything is reduced by ~10% and remaining flats sold < 2 weeks. Oh, and the cladding that does not satisfy fire safety standards. Reality in the 21st century in Cardiff Bay.

These will be nice apartments overlooking the marina.
