Unity Recovery Service,

Receptionist staff very arrogant and not professional. I guess she’s work for free there because easily processing make to difficult. Wish to finish her days there ASAP. Avoid this place

A lovely young man came and rescued me off the side of a high speed road, just in time to stop an impending panic attack. He explained everything clearly to me and was very professional. He recovered me to a garage and during the journey our conversation was intelligent, humorous and lifted me out of my state of panic. On arrival to the garage he once again explained the process and what happens next, and was very respectful and courteous throughout. Very much a credit to Unity Recovery and I’m grateful for your service.

My car wouldn't start this morning so I phoned my insurance company who dispatched Unity to arrive within 90 minutes. I was able to track Mark as he made his way to our house which was exciting and he arrived around 90 minutes later. He spoke to mum as I have anxiety, and mum described him as really understanding, very helpful, kind and professional. He sorted my battery really quickly which was a huge relief. Thank you Mark and to Unity.

Called them after an accident on the motorway, they answered the call but didn’t had the resources to cater for. Rather than providing an estimated time they wanted to pass me on to another recovery service.

We were unfortunate enough to breakdown (Clutch failed) and needed to be towed home. Unity were the people my breakdown provider contacted. It was last Saturday but they came within the hour, so a big thank you for a prompt, efficient service from a considerate, helpful and pleasant driver.

Absolutely brilliant service by Joe, was sent to us by our breakdown cover Britannia Rescue. Arrived within an hour, replaced our flat tyre on a very heavy vehicle loaded with our party kit and waited while I ran home to get a pump as our spare was very sorry looking. Cannot fault the service we received at all. Thank you

Brilliant. Basically a non emergency breakdown call to my insurance company who informed me that Unity would be coming out to me. As I was only a three miles from home, I got home to wait there and rendezvous with Unity later. To avoid wasting time and money, I called Unity and explained how awkward my car would be to recover and their dispatcher told me I needed a particular truck which was out on another Job and she would give me the fifteen minute warning to allow me to get back to meet Unity at my breakdown when the truck was on the way. True to their word, that is exactly what happened. I was dealt with very professionally and politely. The best recovery I've ever had and everyone was singing off the same hymn sheet. Great communication levels with Unity. I'm well impressed. I nearly forgot, great livery on the nice clean trucks. Well turned out.Thank you very much Unity.Tim Young.

Very rude , arrogant receptionist on the office intercom. She has no customer service skill’s whatsoever. This company clearly need to re train their staff to work with the public. I even recorded the vile woman on my phone. I do intend to take this further. I was told on the phone a disposal fee was £75 they charged my son double. It clearly states on government website that if you pay the £75 for disposal you do not have to pay for recovery or fees!!!! Avoid this company.

My car was recovered from Yorkshire on behalf of Green Flag and handed to this company in Leicester for the final leg of the journey! Green flag had been dreadful and I had lost faith until the hero’s from Unity came along! Marie apologised for Green Flag sending me incorrect communications and was absolutely lovely! Unity updated me on the situation, apologised and promised my vehicle would be leaving at 0700 the next day and would arrive at around 09:30! Absolutely bang on 9:30 next day, my vehicle arrived with Marie’s husband, who was equally as nice and professional! Green Flag owe these lovely people ‘big time’ for making an unhappy customer happy again, thank you!

After reading the reviews on here I became rather worried but I actually had a really good experience getting my car released and collected from here. Everyone we spoke to at reception (Sam & Jeanette) were professional and friendly and I didn’t have any problems. The recovery service was also very good and I thought they took as much care as they could with it.
