Bathroom stuff was good, but dissappointed with service. Ordered platinum coloured and had a gark grey delivered. As all verbal order, no way to prove. A good service could have atleast replaced to right colour or atleast part refunded.

Sam was really helpful! I didn’t know where to start!! He kindly came out to measure up and then quickly put together a design for me to bring my dream bathroom to life. Reasonably priced with a personal friendly service! Will definitely be back.

Sam was so helpful, giving both good advice as well as a really good price which tbh was not far off internet prices. (A friend had recommended Fosters to me, because they had bought all their bathroom fixtures online, which had arrived inferior quality and damaged - they didn't get the problems rectified - ie no sales after care).Fosters (Sam) provide really good customer service, communication is prompt, and they have a nice piece of design software which helps you plan and visualise your bathroom (with tiles/colours) before you make the final decision - great if you are making a radical change. Delivery was on time, and after sales follow-up excellent. I'd thoroughly recommend Fosters.
