Excellent family run business, very knowledgeable able to identify the part that I was unaware of immediately, and identify what I required.On a breakdown they managed to locate a spare part and have it machined and back with me in 24 hours! Every other company was quoting 3-10 day lead time, I highly recommend them, Craig was very helpful throughout and keeping me up to date.

Wouldn't even give a star, always rude. Went there last year for 3 standard size bearings, i checked there website first for Price ect.. went in and they tried charging me double the price for each bearing. When questioned about the issue they said they would give me they're best price which still wasnt what was listed on the website. Ended up paying as they was the only place locally open on a saturday. Went in again recently to give them another go as i gave them the benefit of the doubt and yet again they over charged me again and gave me the wrong size item. Wont bother returning the item as they are so rude and intimidating. I now only use another bearing shop very close to worcester bearings who are always friendly and helpful and have never had a problem with.

Fantastic family run business, friendly and helpfull service. Manufactured 2 custom parts for an old drill press quickly and at a very reasonable price. Rare to find buisnesses like this thay have time for small orders as well as the larger ones. Highly recommended for all engineering needs!
