This is a prom dress shop which is superior! The dresses are immaculately laid out and the service is next level. Communications upon booking, alterations and collection was provided in a prompt and timely manner. At all steps of the process we felt warmly welcomed. There was no sales pressure and no time expectations placed upon us from browsing to collection. The customer focused service and one to one level of detail was superb. After visiting almost 20 prom dress shops to find the right dress, the team here were clearly the best! They were attentive when needed to be, but gave me and my daughter time to enjoy the dress choosing experience. I would highly recommend Caroline Bramley Dress Boutique and Alterations to all of my friends and family.

I can’t recommend this beautiful shop enough. Caroline is absolutely amazing and helped my daughter find exactly what she wanted even when my daughter didn’t initially know herself. The shop is gorgeous and there is a very private changing area. It is peaceful and relaxed and Caroline has an amazing eye for what will suit as well as being so warm, friendly and professional. A truly special experience which we really enjoyed and my daughter left feeling full of confidence having found the perfect dress. Thank you so much Caroline and team xx

I came to Caroline to alter my evening wedding dress after reading her incredible reviews, and she certainly didn’t disappoint. I was nervous to find someone who I could trust to alter my embellished dress (particularly as it was at least a couple of sizes too big) and my rehearsal dinner jumpsuit. Not only did Caroline put me at complete ease, she also advised me on timing of alterations, listened to what I wanted, suggested the best changes to make, and executed them TO PERFECTION. They both fit me like an absolute glove and I couldn’t have been happier!

My daughter had never worn a dress or even a skirt her whole life, and we both had anxiety about how on earth we'd find something she liked. Not only were the whole team AMAZING (with us both!!) but they were kind, calm and thoughtful. As a result she found 'the' dress, and not only looked amazing, but felt amazing all night. Caroline's fitting adjustments made it fit like it had been made especially for her.We can not recommend enough, do yourself a favour and book a session with the team.
