Bought my Volvo v40 D4 from here 2 months ago, like to leave it a little bit rather than review straight away so it’s a fair review. Ben was great, no pressure sales, was fair with what they could do to the car as part of the deal. Car is great, had one issue which was a front spring (not the garage fault, they can go anytime), as it was 2 weeks into owning it I foresaw an issue with the warranty company as technically it’s wear and tear. Ben sorted this for me and spoke to the warranty company and had it pre authorised pretty quickly. I would buy a car from them again and do highly recommend Masters of Durham. Ben even picked me up from the train station. Thank you Ben, top man.

Great garage. Competent and conscientious mechanics. Did a brake disc and caliper conversion plus a full service and I had my car back in about 3 hours. Very competitive prices also. Very pleased and will definitely use again.

Been to 2 other places where I have bought cars but this so far has been the best. Friendly, informative and not pushy at all. Will be my first stop next time I go for a car!3months warranty and 12month MOT in with the price. They even changed the batteries in the key fobs for me.

No pressure sales from Ben even though I had the poor lad out on 3 test drives in different cars on the same day , very easy to get along with and nice to not get hassled the second you walk in like at the large dealerships , the car I chose has been great and came looking lovely and clean even though it snowed on the day I went to collect it , gave me a good part exchange price on my previous car so no complaints about that , would happily recommend them to family and friends, definitely worth popping in if your looking to change cars
