Popped into O2 with a couple of minor issues of our own doing on a phone we bought last week.Calum and Ashley were absolutely brilliant in rectifying the problem. Was in at o2 today and had a lovely young man that had just started he did a fab job . I usually hate going in places like that as I've bad credit but they explained how to build it to make it a bit better and very friendly and helpful thank you

I had to go into the store today to resolve an issue with my new phone after the delivery company had delivered to wrong address. Was served by Mackenzie who was absolutely fantastic and a credit to your store. Nothing was a bother and he got everything sorted out for me.

I popped into my Local O2 Dumfries Store to ask a question. A member of staff approached ( his name was DUNCAN ) and he was able to help me out in simple form. DUNCAN also had a look at what Tariff I was on and got that changed to a better one. DUNCAN had excellent customer service and I was happy with his help. Thank you DUNCAN
