Limited choices of food. Have to go to Beverley to get some stuff that doesn't sell in Kingswood. Time for M&S to open bigger store in Hull!!!!

We go to M&S every week and I love the glutenfree range from there. But just recently the gluten free section hasn't been available or very little selection . Their cafe is a lovely place and staff are friendly but today we went and their cafe was closed at the Anlaby store and the Kingswood one . That is a let down but I assume they are using the space for Christmas stock.

Met a friend for coffee at M&S cafe this morning in Kingswood, Hull. We were really disappointed with the cafe. We ordered lattes, toast and a hot cross bun. Service was quite rude as the staff were discussing an incident that occurred in the cafe. I felt a friendlier attitude was needed. The coffee was served in paper cups and our food was served on paper plates with cardboard knives to spread the butter (which took an age). The building was cold so before long, so was our food and coffee. We’ll go elsewhere next time.

Visited here last wkend with my family. Ordered two Colin the catapillar hot chocs they looked nothing like the pictures advertised and were not chocolatey at all. They made them again for us but were no better! Also they only do sourdough bread now? We don't like it so had to have wraps instead even though we didn't want to. Wouldn't rush back

I absolutely love shopping in M& S food halls, the produce are amazing. Okay it may cost that little bit more but it's special, all from trusted farmers. The fresh chickens are guaranteed to be welfare" reared and not the disgusting 15 day life birds. I find all the meat products to be of quality and you always seem to come across something that you can't find elsewhere. Then at the end of your shop you've got the delightful opportunity to experience the wonderful café

Wish ladies clothes were on sale. Not on my own in thinking this since the Hull branch closed. York m&s is nearest for clothing but too far for many elderly people to travel to. On line is another option. However many prefer to do the store browse. Come on m&s managers you really are missing customer needs.

Josh at the Kingswood store in Hull.A big thankyou for the way you helped me on Monday 24th Oct. You went out of your way to find a vegan bottle of something special I needed as a gift. Honestly you are a credit to M &S thankyou Josh there aren't many kind people like you around these days. :-)
