Lovely place to work or stay

Do not send anyone here it is mess up after mess up, no staff seems to no what is going on! Lack of communication etc

Cannot fault this place at all. My 99 year old gran is currently staying here after having covid and being in hospital for numerous weeks. Florence unit are fab. My gran is looked after to the highest of standards and the go above and beyond for their patients. Especially Jack, whilst we visited he made sure my gran could see us at the window, changed her hearing aid whilst we were there, gave us a full update and genuinely looks after the patients and you can tell he loves his job too. Thank you for making my gran so comfortable and for putting the family at ease throughout this time.
