Highly recommend Michael @ FixMyLine Ltd. I needed to boost the signal to my home office so after consulting Michael decided on armoured cat6 data cabling from building to building, including external waterproof enclosures, cat6 data connections and fitting. Also opted for a Dual Band WiFi Access Point with 1xGb Ethernet Port. The end result is great and it works. Michael is professional, polite and has great attention to detail. Communication also superb.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone. The customer service was incredible and Michael did an excellent job extending our Wi-Fi system. He was prompt and professional and carried out the work carefully, giving great thought to the positioning of the technology. Our Wi-Fi now works perfectly everywhere! I had issues with the WiFi connectivity in my shed/garden office after changing my broadband provider.One phone call to Fix My Line, and I was advised that an Engineer would be sent out the next day to have a look and recommend a fix.The Engineer sent was Michael, who was punctual (notified me when he was going to 5mins later than the agreed ETA) professional and recommended a cost-effective solution. Michael saw me on a Friday, was busy with other jobs and wasn't going to be able to fix the issue for another 2 to 3 working days. However, after explaining that I had hijacked the living/dining room ( which meant my family couldn't watch TV between 8am & 5pm) and that work was going to get busy from the next week, he assured me he would book another appointment for the next Monday.Not only was the appointment booked as promised, but Michael was very professional, treated my home with respect, and made sure I got the best possible WiFi speeds in my office.I would totally rehire this business for all things related to Networking and Connectivity!Thanks Michael!

Exceptional service from a professional and thoroughly nice chap, Michael. Fix my line installed all of our WiFi overcoming challenges of speed through the property. This was over a year ago. For no obvious reason all WiFi went down and Michael responded immediately. The level of customer focus is amazing and well, hugely appreciated. Can’t recommend fix my line enough.

Following switch to sky q a couple of years ago and recent installation of fibre, we had a lot of surplus copper cable which needed removing. We also wanted some Ethernet cabling run from the front of the house into the garage and around the back of the house.Michael advised us what could be done what was the best way to do it.The work was carried efficiently and to a good quality under difficult circumstances. Owing to a medical issue I had not been able to move stuff out of his way. Highly recommended!!
