Couldn’t get keys out of front door lock. Wasn’t an emergency as we could still lock it (and keys were inside). But Anthony called the very next day. He explained about lock options and prices - which I felt were very reasonable. I’ve now not just got a new lock, but it is more secure and even more convenient as we don’t have to use a key inside anymore. I now intend getting him to do my other doors - even they aren’t faulty. A locksmith isn’t a service I have needed that regularly so great to have a contact and one I would definitely recommend.

Antony ensured he prioritised a visit to review my lock issues. From my call to visit it was only 2 hours. He promptly identified the issues and was able to assess then replace the lock there and then. He assessed another door providing solutions and costings demonstrating repair needs risks and benefits giving me all the necessary information I needed. First Pick locksmiths are a professional and knowledgeable company. I can't recommend them enough, thank you Antony.

Needing an emergency locksmith for our business, First Pick Locksmith answered our call, was clear when he could come which in fairness was only 45 minutes. Upon arriving he was polite and understanding. He was also honest and stated could only change 1 of the 3 doors due the special nature of the other 2 locks. He organised his day to make sure he came back the following day and he was true to his word, giving us a great service and a fair price. Would highly recommend for future.
