The staff in Sandra Pyper’s office are excellent and extremely helpful would definitely recommend if you are needing a rental property. Sandra herself was a very great help when I needed to rent. Service is outstanding

All for the landlords if your a tenant I wouldn't trust them. While my old landlord used hunter & Campbell first they were great he then just managed all his properties himself & then used Pyper property. Damp in bedroom Sandra came to look at it nothing was done so sorted it myself, oil tank leaked a couple of times was then told if it happened one more time I had to sort it myself (lied telling me they had forwarded my number onto the fella that was fixing it & I heard nothing from him lucky enough my partner knew him so we phoned & he hadn't been forwarded my number) Oil tank leak is dangerous & certainly wasn't my fault. Don't even get me started on when I left the property. Just glad I don't have to use them anymore.

I just want to record how poorly we were taken care of by this business. My husband and I are arriving from London and we are staying in a hotel. We emailed them while we are living in London letting them know that as soon we arrive there we needed to rent a house to start our life in Carrickfergus, given them exactly dates. The same day we arrived in Carrickfergus, we explained the situation to them, again: urgently we needed to rent one of the many houses were available. We present the required documentation. The days and weeks passed by, while they gave us excuses after excuses and without facilitating or openly communicating that they really had no intention of renting any. The treatment that we were given was frustrating, discouraging and very unfortunate. 3 weeks after they call us and they tried to make us paid more month in advance that normally is required -which we were agreed- and to extend the agreement for two years! How is possible? Why not one year? The truth is that our state of mind and our ideas turned into anguish. Thanks to so many people who work there, we hope no one never treat you like you did with us. We have traveled and living around the world: Spain, Chile, London, the Netherlands... and they have never treated us with such little professionalism or human quality. Congratulations.The truth is that we also do not understand why the majority of Carrickfergus owners leave their houses in the hands of this agency, which does nothing more than delay the times in which a house can be rented, under the pretext that they ensure that they rent to good tenants. , losing the owners money, causing people who want to rent to go to other agencies due to the delays and highlighting this large and multinational agency for the lack of agility in the procedures, at least here in Carrickfergus.

I spent a full day with Sandra and her amazing team, training them on our software. They really do have a great setup, and if I had any rental properties in the Carrickfergus area they would be my first port of call!

Poor. Emails ignored and no response or updates provided during the application process. A disappointing experience.

Sandra Pyper gave me excellent advice at the start of the process and her staff are also very helpful including Jonny who I was in frequent liaison with and who kept me up to date with how things were progressing. As a result my property rented very quickly!

I got my rental house from them and since then getting full professional services till date. They really help you fix any sort of issues in the property which are under their jurisprudence. I do recommend to everyone searching for house on rent. Jonny is a great help there.
