He was very helpful and explained the process step by step and what was needed in terms of paperwork etc. The valuation was different from that online but not unreasonably so, a fair price for the car. After seeing the adverts for years, I'd always been really sceptical. I couldn't believe how good the service was. I got a great price. It was all completed in 30 minutes and the money was in my account within 48 hours. They'd also paid the remainder of my car loan off.Honestly, I was shocked at how good and easy the service was. Literally to good to be true but they somehow did it. Cannot fault them. Highly recommended.

I got my quote online as promised. It was ver easy setting up an appointment for the same day (even though it was Sunday) The process was extremely simple and streamlined.The quote was drastically reduced due to an engine alert warning that had been there off an on for 4 years, due to some sensor malfunction that hadn't affected the performance of the engine. However I proceeded with the sale anyway due to parking space issues. This was also straightforward but the money would arrive in my account after 4 days
