My annual checkup and new pair of glasses has been excellent service.I was kept informed via mobile for the appointment reminder. Also they took in my old pair of glasses for repair free so that I can use as spare if needed.Finally the new pair of glasses and frames are reasonably prices compered to else where. The whole process was completed within two weeks.

A very pleasant appointment. All staff were extremely friendly from my arrival to departure. The optician was great and the assistants Helen and Sue extremely helpful. This is the 3rd time I have been and on each occasion I was extremely satisfied.

Friendly staff and Optician, been coming here for a few years.. Tried the Cardiff City Centre Branch but they all lack communication skills so won't be returning. Will stick with this store. Staff are friendly and professional.

Not the greatest visit, staff rushed, seem to be understaffed, waited 20 minutes after appointment time, even though I arrived early. Need to ask numerous time for prescription, then couldn't be bother to look for new glasses will buy somewhere else

Had my annual eye test in store and ordered glasses. Arranged for delivery which was very quick. Had voucher to buy a second pair for half price so ordered on line. All very simple as they had my prescription. Delivered again within a few days. Can't fault it.

Always, without fail have fantastic service. From all staff including optometrists themselves.The last occasion of dealing with them is when 'June' I believe her name was, went out of her way to call me back with other recommended contact lenses that will save me money each month because I asked for recommendations. They are the Vision express brand. I look forward to trying them.

The staff are friendly and nice there is a sense of getting a sale thru I got told buy 1 frame get second half price that was not the case I picked 2 frames both priced at £99 and my total was £208 the receipt was just a card one so a more itemised receipt would be a great

Amazing service as usual.Sue greeted with a warm friendly hello did all the eye tests and helped me find the right specs for me.Dominic, the optician, professional warm and friendly very patient and nothing too much trouble for anyone. I love that place.
