The Grove have been fantastic treating my motly crew during the pandemic. I couldn't wish for a better service for Milo, Willow, Lilly and Sammy

The Grove Vet Hospital carried out surgery on my 7 year old Lab, from start to finish the clinic was fantastic. It was our first time at this location and I was nervous about the surgery. The staff from reception were welcoming, and the nurse who carried out the checkup was patient and answered all my questions. I never felt hurried and the whole experience was made as pleasant as possible. 5 stars.

Had cause to request an appointment for my old dog whilst on holiday and away from normal vets. She has a history of irregular GI attacks which usually respond well to antibiotics and having her condition worsen over 48hrs I felt it prudent to seek advice.Although agreeing that my dog was showing signs of dehydration and noting that she had lost over a Kg in weight in only a week, I was advised that as she did not have a temperature, it was not their policy to issue antibiotics without a stool sample and to go away and visit my own vet at home or wait a further 24hrs to see if there was further deterioration. She also criticised my own Vet's dosage of her ongoing painkiller. I was then charged nearly £100 for no treatment except some probiotic paste and the vet refused to have a further conversation with me.I have since been back to my own vets where I have been treated with courtesy and who are interested in my dog's welfare. Will certainly not be using this practice again should I require assistance and I feel that they should inform clients when making an appointment that they are unlikely to dispense medication on first visit as I would have saved myself £100.

Bob my cat had to visit as an emergency out of hours, I was met by the vet on New Years Day, they kept Bob in as he was very poorly. Throughout our experience I found the whole service to be amazing, keeping me informed twice a day as to what was happening with Bob. He ended up needing an operation which I believe has saved his life! The cost is amazing too! which is the only downside, I did have insurance thankfully and I cannot put a price on Bob's life, whatever it takes! I will happily go back to The Grove for all of Bob's needs, they were first class in all aspects, from reception, to nurses, to the vets and the care they gave him and for keeping me informed.

Our cat had to have teeth removed and i am so impressed with the friendliness and professionalism from all of the staff at this clinic. Everything about the op was explained fully and our kitty was looked after really well. she was incredibly calm after her op. You can tell that all of the vets/nurses there have so much care and compassion for every single pet that comes through that door. Thank you so much to you all :)

We recents had our dog Teddy operated on at Grove vets. We needed some tablets for Teddy as we had concerns for him not eating or drinking for about 5 days. We paid for tablet which was delivered by Treasa. What a service. Thank you very much for all you did. Great Practice.

Came to The Grove for a 2nd opinion. I arrived very anxious and left feeling very reassured. I shall be transferring my precious little one here most definitely.

I would truly not recommend this veterinary surgery. They were very inconsiderate and not very thoughtful of our feelings when losing our beloved pet. Resulting to us returning and taking him to Peaceful Pets, where they were so thoughtful and lovely.
