Bhandal Dental Practice

I am quite surprised of negative reviews. I have been going to this dentist for over a year. I had a previous dentist in Bearwood and it was really a bad experience which stopped me going. I decided to go as I needed a dentist and I found this dentist. I have a lovely lady who is good and did manage to get me to be comfortable and put my faith in dentist again. Now I have not got a problem to attend the dentist. The staff are polite. I would recommend this dentist.

After not being registered with a dentist for many years and being turned down by multiple practices, this practice took me on as a new patient and restored my faith in dentists. I had a throbbing toothache which I explained to the receptionist on the phone who quickly arranged a telephone consultation, understandably there was a wait for a face to face appointment because of the new guidelines, however once I had my telephone conversation an appointment was arranged for a week later (which was alot quicker than any other practice I spoke to). I arrived at the practice on the day of my appointment and the staff were very friendly and polite and I was out of pain in no time, I was very impressed with the service provided to me and the after care instructions given. 10/10 will be recommending to all my family and friends.

I would 100% recommend! All staff were fantastic and cannot do enough for you! Paige was very warming and welcome and knew what she was doing and Arun the dentist was top notch. Both of them made me feel at ease.

This is without a shadow of a doubt, the place with the worst service not only in the UK but in the whole world.They play with patients' time and health, they have no empathy or courtesy, they cancel appointments arbitrarily and if you complain, they cancel your registration and don't even bother to accept any more complaints from you.One star is too much in comparison to the poor service and the deplorable professional attitude with which my case was handled.

After being misinformed and misled at a previous dentist, I was unhappy with the appearance of my smile.I contacted Bhandals in Bartley Green after a friend recommended the practice, not only did they correct the mistake made by the previous dentist but they made me feel completely at ease.Nargis and Paige were amazing. Nargis was incredibly sympathetic when I told her how self conscious I was and instead of replacing my crown with a porcelain one she fitted a Zirconia one at no extra cost. I can not recommend this place enough. I received 5 star service and every member of staff is polite and attentive from the moment you walk through the door. A shining example of a professional workplace.

Great dentist to visit, would recommend. Dentist are very professional and deliver a high standard of work. Nurses are very caring and very friendly to patients and is a nice environment to be in.

Excellent dental surgery in everydway.Mr Sadhu is a very professional dentist.Everything is explained and not rushed.I highly recommend this surgery.

Absolute joke, don’t waste your time. Dentist works twice a week about 5 hours a day and still cancels on you. More chances of winning at lotto than getting looked after in there. If you do get an appointment and need 3 bits doing expect it to be split into 4 appointments.

Wonderful service. The wait times are great and the dentist here are top notch and very reassuring.
