Wren Kitchens

This is our second Wren kitchen in 10 years because we moved home and we’re so well pleased with our first experience. We visited our local store at Worcester and they prepared a proposal to our design.We agreed a delivery date and they delivered to our second floor apartment. Unfortunately they could not provide the fridge freezer we had ordered but provided and alternate which was not exactly as we required but no problem it was not unloaded and we spoke to customer support and they immediately gave us a credit. The only other issues were that 1 cupboard was missing from delivery but a replacement was quickly delivered. Unfortunately when our fitter tried to install oven the shelf was a few millimetres too high. He cut the shelf out and reinstalled it in the correct position.Overall we are very pleased with the quality of the product and have no problem in recommending Wren to anyone. In particular their customer support is excellent.

Greg at Worcester knew what we wanted. He designed the utillity and put together everything that we wanted. He arranged for the delivery and fitting. We had previously been to another company, but their salesperson went over the top and wanted an extorsional amount. Wren came up trumps with design, units and planning. Also the rubbish was removed after the work was done .Well done Greg and Wren. A big thank you.

Thanks to Tommy at Worcester Wren for helping us design a much needed storage solution for our dining room. A fab addition to our other Wren units which have given me a space to WFH as well as hide all the kids toys!

Had a positive experience with Wren. Easy process to follow, backed up by app. Professional team that were responsive. Happy with fitting, quality end result.

I really wish that I had gone with Wren. Kitchens first time around. We originally purchased a kitchen from B&Q, that was the biggest mistake we made. We had their kitchen including all the appliances sat in our dining room and hallway for over four months. After all the promises and then being constantly let down. I picked up the phone and told them to come and collect it. That caused so much stress on the whole family. There was never an apology.Wren made it so much easier from the start to the finish. Gregg the designer was such a pleasure to work with. The knowledge he had in designing the kitchen was faultless.Every step of the way we were kept informed. Even when my wife changed the colour at the last minute, that still was no problem.I would have to say that Wren has certainly renewed my faith in that industry and I would highly recommend them.

We thought the process of designing the kitchen was really easy and Jade was brilliant in helping us make our choices. The communication was excellent too.We used our own fitter as we had heard from more than a few people that Wren sometimes hire iffy tradesmen to fit for them and wanted to avoid a headache. With this in mind we booked our delivery for when we needed it. We were let down by one of our tradesmen and were unable to proceed with the fitting when it was meant to happen.We tried to cancel the delivery as we knew we would not have room as our kitchen would still be full of... well... kitchen. But were told no, we can't cancel the delivery, it's too close. Even though it was way before and the delivery van wouldn't have been loaded yet, all that had to be done was a quick phonecall to stop it being sent out!So we ended up having to accept delivery of a kitchen we had no room for. I only took one photo, but there was kitchen in 3 rooms, including worktops lying up the stairs. That is what the minus star is for.The delivery team were great, they seemed just as annoyed as we were that the delivery hadn't been cancelled and couldn't understand why we were told no.Thankfully, on delivery, all of our items were delivered with no damage so we were pleased at this as we have heard horror stories of missing items and repeated deliveries of damaged goods and their replacements.We got extremely lucky with a cancellation with another tradesmen for the following week, so I suppose it worked out in the end. Just rather annoying having to climb over kitchen scattered around the house for that week.The kitchen itself is sturdy, exactly as we designed it and we can't fault it honestly. The woodpecker flooring we ordered with it is really nice too. I've attached photos of the kitchen.Overall, it was a mainly positive experience with a happy outcome, but definitely do your research beforehand.

Wren were professional throughout the whole process of our new kitchen installation. The designer worked tirelessly to ensure we were happy with our final design, communication was excellent, the fitter was efficient and work was of a high quality and after care wss faultless.Our kitchen is fabulous. Would highly recommend

Overall had a decent experience with wren. The design phase with Gregg and customer service is brilliant my only complaint is the quality of the kitchen for what it is isn’t great which is a good job it was on a 50 percent discount and also a few items came and they where damaged which doesn’t speak well for the wren manufacturing quality control department that allows items to go to a customer already damaged. My kitchen work top looked like it had been cut buy a well trained monkey and one of the kitchen cupboards had bubbling veneer on it. I did report the issue and sent pictures and had money back. If my kitchen fitter hadn’t been on a tight time scale I’d have sent the items back and requested replacements. If the items hadn’t been damaged upon arrival wren would have gotten a five star review.

We love our kitchen from Wren! Steph was our kitchen designer and she was so helpful, professional and quick to respond to any emails!
