I was impressed with the sales woman who attended to me today, she was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble for her. She helped me make an important decision and was extremely patient with me.I will be returning to complete the purchase and take it for a test drive with my husband.Thank you.

We looked at four cars Not one rep approached us. The young girl on the front desk was to busy playing on her phone and never acknowledged us on entering and leaving the property. YOU MISSED A VERY EXPENSIVE SALE VAUXHALL . As for the other reps why should I bother writing any more if they couldn't be bothered to ask us if we needed any help. Your loss. If I could put no stars I would.

Had a great service and enjoyable wait at Arnold Clarke Vauxhall, Salford yesterday. Video walk through of the service and great coffee x2 from Jess' on reception. Jess' went the extra mile to ensure that my couple of hours in reception area was OKI'll be back next year, Tim

I was scheduled to have a courtesy car and for them to repair my new car purchased by them. This was after a phone call that the part was in. I took off work, spent a hour there for them to tell me that the part is on backorder and they don't have it date.I lost almost two hours of workIn conclusion, don't trust them!!!!
