Richard helped me with a complicated issue I was having with a new washing machine that was not getting resolved by the repairmen provided by the manufacturers. He got to the bottom of the problem, when their engineers weren't able to.He is an expert, and sincerely cared about getting the issue resolved for me and not charging me for work that wasn't necessary. His costs are all reasonable too. I'm really grateful I found him and would recommend him to anyone!

Richard really helped me out.I accidently tore one of the wires which powered the motor on my electric scooter.I was told by a few places I took it to, that the wiring would completely need replacing and it was impossible to repair.I phoned Richard, he said bring it to me today so I can have a look and within 40 mins of taking it to him it was all fixed and repaired.I would highly recommend Richard as he didn't make me buy a whole new wiring kit, he saved me money and repaired the existing part which was probably more difficult for him overall, but he helped me save cash and the stress of ordering a new part and waiting for it to arrive.I'm very happy I phoned him. Bosch washing machine gave up the ghost overnight. Messaged Richard early this morning and he responded very promptly and was on site before 9am. Quickly diagnosed the problem (unfortunately irreparable) and gave very helpful advice regarding replacement machines. Very reasonable call out fee given the speed and quality of service. Highly recommended.
