Just noticed this company are about to erect s hideous monstrosity of a flat roofed grey eyesore block of flats in a nice residential area of hamilton where on either side of the road for its entire length of over 3 miles are various styles and types of propert but each and everyone has a traditional roof i wonder what kind of backhanders were paid to get this thing approved especially as vehicles will be emerging on to a very busy roads between parking bays. Mind you every council bulding in South Lanarkshire without exception are hideous and have no aesthetic appeal so allowing this council to approve plans leads to ugly buildings being erected as Prince Charles would say this company are building a carbuncle.

Perella are, at the time of review, performing development of contaminated land near Tarbert Drive, Murieston. Their overall approach has been far from professional, with a lack of detail in their planning and a lack of risk recognition for both existing residents and their future homes. I would urge any prospective buyers of their homes to investigate the detail of their build statements, particularly around the use of contaminated material.
