All staff are welcoming, had biab nails done for the 1st time. I am really happy with them, they look great.

Took my 13 year old daughter to base after my local salon was closed due to all staff having Covid-19 I took her to the salon and asked how much for a standard hair cut and she said for my daughter it would be £15 I was happy with the price and booked an appointment the next day, after dropping my daughter off and finishing the cut I returned to pay and told me that would be £22.50 I was shocked and said what else did you do to make it that price as the staff yesterday said it was £15 but they just said nothing extra and the price was £15 for 12 and under so I was happy but I paid it for my daughter's sake as long as she was happy that made me happy.

Amazing service from all the crew here. Made a little girls first hair cut not only go very smoothly but also they made it a memory to cherish. 100/10 will defo go back
