Ordered for delivery very prompt and food was best we have had in a while. Hot when arrived Only fault is batter to thick and couldn't eat it peeled off and ate the prawns and pineapple. Special fried rice was delicious done with white rice. Perfect thank you.

Very very nice, best Chinese food we've had in Chelmsford. In fact in Essex! Thought we'd try somewhere new and did not dissapoint. Compliments to the Chef, Katsu chicken curry was outstanding. Rice was clean white, light and fluffy our special chow mein was huge with loads of fresh veg. Even had a free prawn crackers pack with our delivery. Will definitely recommend.

Nice food, nice thick prawn toast (some thicker than others), good chicken balls although maybe a bit heavier batter this doesnt bother me but does some people, good satay (maybe a bit sweet) only issue is portion sizes for a special fried rice I expect a deep container not a shallow one. So warning to order more - but wouldn't put me off going back!

Ordered a Vegetable Pad Thai, Vegetable chow mien, chicken in satay sauce, and mini vegetable pancake rolls. All Vegetable dishes had little to no vegetables in them, Pad Thai was all thick pasta like noodles that tasted only of ginger and the chicken was boiled and very fatty.Couldn’t eat any of it - very disappointed

Honestly the best Chinese food I've had, I've recently starting going there for my food, as our local Chinese take has gone down hill. The two young men behind the counter are lovely, so polite. And they do my Singapore rice noodles just the way I like them extra hot and extra spicy, you get nice portions just the right amount to full you up, so nothing is wasted, the range on the menu is good, the chefs specials that are advertised in the shop is a brilliant idea, it changes every week so there's always something new. I would highly recommend this place for Chinese food. Keep up with the great food

Tried lots of different Chinese takeaways locally and have to say Lucky City is the best we have had in many years. Very glad to have found it. The food was well cooked, tasty and plentiful. Delivery to Stock (whoch a lot will not do) and takes credit card, will definately be using again. Thanks

Do not order from here. I have ordered twice and both times my order has taken two hours. The second time I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt, however the driver couldn’t find my address, he phoned me to say he was lost. I told him where to go, 30 minutes later he still didn’t arrive. I phoned lucky Chinese and apparently his phone battery died so he had to go back to the shop!!! I am not impressed and had to order elsewhere after my food being two hours late.
