We are regulars at this Starbucks and we spend a lot of money here. Usually service is great however this time we had been served by a girl I hadn’t seen before. Young girl with blonde hair on the drive thru till on 21/06/2023 at 12:25pm. I’m unsure if she’s not had a great day but we was really friendly to her when she had forgot to put something I asked for in my drink, she didn’t say a word to us, no sorry, thank you, I’ll change that for you. Just looked at us blankly without a smile. Now I know people can have off days but as a customer didn’t make me really want to come back if that is going to be a regular occurrence. Other than that the drinks are always spot on and usually the service is better.

I came through this morning and ordered a Toffee Nut Latte with Oat milk, I asked for no cream on top, and they put normal cream on the drink. I’m intolerant to dairy. I also asked for a Almond crossiant warmed up, I would say I was polite when asked. After ordering I waited at the window for 2 minutes and nobody acknowledged me, very rude! Anyway came to paying and got my drinks, the lady who served me was nice but didn’t take customer care into consideration, can’t remember what her name was. Poor from this store!

Always a friendly welcome, clean and tidy, drinks are spot on. There’s a great team in Starbucks Wheatley Hall Road, always happy. I don’t go anywhere else for Coffee in Doncaster. Excellent!!

As a walk in customer I've never had an issue here. Yesterday my most recent visit. Ordered a Iced brown sugar Oat. Took Bluelight discount if 10% off the bill and collected points via the app. Order was complete within a minute. Super friendly service!

Coffee is fine but the staff are poor, particularly Joseph who is very rude, has no manners and is very loud (seems to spend most his time bantering on his headset with other staff).

The this doesn't deserve any starts at all. Sunday 19th november 2023. This was my first time using the 2good2go app. Paid this morning on the app about 11.30 am, took my money, no problem. Went to startbucks . Sat in car from 7.40pm waiting to go in at 8pm. At 7.45pm, a message came up on the app to say no more food, and the refund would take 14 days. Went into the store, and an unhelpful manager called Jess said that I should have had an email earlier and nothing she could do (ive since been informed you dont get an email so she has lied to me). She treated me as if i was a hindrance to her. It was a shocking attitude. Disgusting service, and I am extremely unhappy. The woman called Jess said that she could not do anything as all the outdated food had gone. I thought the food went out of date the next day. Bit concerning that she only gives out of date food. She had an array of food on her counter. I told her that I had travelled. No, nothing I can do was he responce. From what I can see here is that she has cancelled the order herself 15 minutes before not expecting me to be already in the car park. As a manager myself what I would have done was apologize and look to what I could have done for the customers' inconvenience, and at least as a goodwill gesture offered free drinks and in date food that she had on her counter top. This is not a food2go issue here. This lies with the Starbucks shop.

It's a Starbucks - so you know what you are getting. But you do get friendly staff, lots of parking, and fast service. Clean tables and loos were too.

They are open till 9pm however if you visit in the afternoon the sofa sitting area that's half of the shop is always closed!! makes you feel unwelcome.

Repeated order 3 times at the mic as it didn’t initially seem they were getting it right (it was two items on the featured menu!). Eventually drove to the second window (very slow service) and checked again and then was still handed an incorrect drink.
