Purchased a 10 year old car last year October for £6000 within 2 months I had an £1800 problem, within 6 months I had a £3600 problem relating to headlights, I have other cars well over 10 years old that never give me any problems.When trying to get the dealer to uphold their own 3 month warrantee, they as good as laughed in my face.Not a very honest bunch.Typical everyday deploy and Rodney.

I can not fault these chaps! professional, NOT goooy. Helpful...they delivered my Range Rover to my work place (even tho we were not in lock down) i phoned up a few weeks later to say that the water pump for the rear window wasn't really working and BOOM! with out me even asking they asked when they could pick it up to get it fixed. they fitted a genuine Land Rover part (£240+vat) plus labour its a 10 year old Range Rover, they could have fitted any after market pump. just a few days later they arranged for delivery of my car again. Brilliant ! there going to do really well at this rate.

Car dealers normally get a bad rap, but Essex Car Store was very good. They told us what issues we could expect with a car of a specific make/model, and they informed us what they would do to fix the issues. We placed a deposit, but had to pull out of the purchase later and Essex Car Store very kindly returned our deposit even though they were legally not required to. Very honest team and great to deal with. I would not hesitate to transact with them.

Very poor service found a car I liked, put a deposit down and was looking forward completing the deal only to get a phone call late in the morning ( I put my deposit Down 1800 the evening before) to told some one else had put one down before me. Can’t see how as there system showed deposit payed straight after I done it. Not happy won’t be going back. I now have to wait for my deposit no stars from me if I could,didn’t even ask if there was another car that they could help me with shocking service

Bought a Ford Mondeo from Essex Car Store back in January. Been driving it every day for a couple of months now and it's been a lovely car to drive, not had any issues or complaints so far!We dealt with Ben who was really friendly and helpful, it was all a smooth transaction. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new motor!

Very disappointed, purchased a range rover Evoque within 6 weeks the rear diff went didn't want to know , no after care surface what so ever very friendly service until they have your money be careful with this place ...
