2 * Sunday roast for £32. Small portions, beef ok but vegetables and batter pudding hard, rubbery, over-cooked and obviously under a hot plate for too long.Service and decor ok but this was a poor effort and experience. No quality control, RIP (as in rip off).

Cold food on two daysVery disappointing. Same as our previous visit. Although staff reimbursed part of bill and gave us free drinks and a couple of puddings. But still very disappointing. Wont be visiting again ☹️

UPDATE: we have returned post referb and the place is much better.. little disappointed with the size of some of the portion sizes (always like to get mu moneys worth) but they got rid of the bad chef and looks as though its a whole new team who are doing really well. I did notice no hair nets though.....Prices up.. food quality down. Cold food on more than one occasion, such a shame as it used to be lovely.

Horrible.Childs spaghetti bolognaise wasn't spaghetti it was fusilli and tasted like the cheapest pasta you can get.My orzo and Sun-dried tomato salad was disgusting and too salty to eat.Husbands chicken shawarma was just about edible.Very sad as we have young children who are difficult to take out so if the food here was edible we would have eaten here every night probably.

Recently renovated, the food and the staff were amazing. It's a nice upto date restaurant with good pub quality food at cheap prices. Was very happy with the food quality and couldn't fault anything we ordered.

Has had a recent refurb and robots that drive around to deliver food/collect plates. Other than that, drinks came out late, incorrect plates and raw chicken on a skewer.... Not great.
