Really great and understanding service - i am very grateful.Due to other work travel commitments, i had extenuating circumstances with regards to the amount of time it takes to grant the business visa. I explained my urgent situation and the consulate accommodated to my situation.I made my appointment and explained my situation in advance - with a couple of months' notice, applied for my visa with all the required documents and was granted my business visa on time to visit Peru.No hassle and fantastic service. Son gente eneficiente, que no trabaja bien. Es increíble demorar la entrega de un pasaporte 4 meses. Encima gentuza prepotente.

We were running late and arrived towards the end of the time that they stop seeing people without appointments, but the woman working still served us! She was very patient and understanding as it took a long time to do it all. We had rung up before and so already knew that a payment had to have been made to the post office but it still took a while to sort everything out. Could not have asked for better service.

The absolute worst. Terrible customer service, turns anyone off from traveling to Peru. The consulate staff should be fired and everything done online so we don’t have to waste our time and money dealing with incompetent staff.

Lovely place and very professional service. I went looking for info prior to travelling but do have peruvian friends. Had to leave positive feedback because my expeirence has been totally different but I guess if your peruvian passport is running out you should not wait the last minute to renew it. Every country does have the same or pretty similar procedure and regulations for our own security.

El peor servicio. La señora que atiende ,una persona mayor, es una malhumorada. Si le preguntas also nuevamente te riñe o hace gestos de descontento en tu cara. Es la tercera vez que voy y cada vez es lo mismo. No me da la gana de acercarme por su mal servicio. No es amable y te hace sentir incomodo si le preguntas mucho. De verdad que deben de evaluar a quienes ponen en recepción. Esta es una de las razones porque detesto ir al consulado de mi propio país. Que lastima que hasta en inglaterra el servicio del consulado del Perú sea nefasto.

My wife visited on 22/11. Lovely team here, very helpful and friendly. Much better than 5 years ago when it was a painful experience!

We've always had a positive experience. The persons beyond the counter have always been helpful.Only 4 stars because they need a vending machine and there aren't public toilets.
