I wasn’t there on install, but on returning is was a lovely to see a nice clean space. I’d definitely use them again for other projects. It’s always a positive supporting local businesses too! Totally loved the carpet, service and fitting by Right Floorings! In the store I had excellent service by Richie, helping me to choose the right carpet for my house, then the price was great and finally the fitting by AJ and another gentlemen was fantastic, they really paid attention when measuring up the template for the stairs and it was sewn and fitted the same day. Richie was hands-on available to help us with our re-flooring request, visited our flat the next day to assess what is needed and booked us a slot within the next two weeks after showing laminate pieces options in-store. The crew that did the job was outstanding, fast and very effective knocking out 30 m2 of living room and entrance corridor area in five hours. They also removed the carpet free of charge. Would 100 % recommend!

I had excellent service from Richie in choosing new vinyl for my kitchen floor. He was helpful and patient and I am very pleased with result. His fitter was skilled and hard working and dealt with all challenges, removing all old flooring and fitting plywood and vinyl. Agreed price for product and fitting was reasonable. I was very impressed with the service and quality of work from Right Flooring from start to finish. I was originally going to ask John Lewis to fit the carpet but they were rude, not accommodating, expensive and wouldn't dispose of the old carpet. Instead, I decided to go locally and I am very pleased with my decision. Richie explained things at length and gave me very good advice. Throughout the process, communication was easy and pleasant and the changes I wanted to make were accommodated. I felt that they had respect for my home and it showed in the quality of the work. The fitter (sadly his name escapes me right now) worked very hard for 2 days, despite the searing heat and the end result is excellent. I wholeheartedly recommend Right Floorings.
