A visit here for a covid jab, it was in one of the many empty shop units

I thought that piracy was a thing of the past, but I was wrong. They charged me £5 for two hours spending my money in the shops in the centre. Easy solution, I will never shop there again

Parking spaces in part of the garage are very narrow. Nice in town centre.

Very expensive for a centre with reducing options for available shops. Sadly most have closed inside Grafton centre itself. Shame on the fee setters for how much they charge.Not everyone is fit enough or have balance enough to cycle, OR are disabled enough to warrant blue badge or shop mobility.... I struggle physically now, and then hit pocket, no choice to come here for an appointment !!

£24 for 4 hours on a Sunday....never use this place again, not even a good car park, very restrictive to park anything above a smart car.No wonder the grafton centre is a ghost town, this is what is killing Cambridge, greed.

I went in the car park with an electric car to charge it.I had numerous problems with this:- signal was poor, so I had to go towards the exit to do it- the parking spot was very tight. There are only 2 EV spots in a small area.- the charger would not charge my car. It held £45 and froze my card (thankfully the amount was refunded a few days after)- before exiting I searched for a helpdesk to ask to be left out with no charge. They said that I had to pay since they “cannot guarantee that the chargers are working”. I could have exited for free if I had spent less than 10’ in the car park, but trying to set up the charger in a cramped space with poor signal took 3 attempts and 17’. I paid and decided to ask for a refund online.- In order to go out, the signs take you all the way to the top level and down again. I guess this is to buy more time to charge you.- they rudely replied to my online refund request of ~£3 that I had been correctly charged for “parking”, even though I did not park. I explained what happened again and they told that by entering the car park, I’m accepting the terms & conditions (which are not mentioned anywhere a driver can see them), and that I can’t do nothing. Obviously, the non-working charger was not mentioned anywhere.If you want a calm and pleasant parking experience, just avoid this car park.It’s disorganised and unacceptable, overpriced but they don’t refund you for service unavailability.

Not the place to go with an EV. The (2) chargers are in an awkward corner when you enter. If you miss them, you need to exit the car park and enter again. And they don't work, but they will still be charging you for the 15 minutes you'll spend trying to get your car to charge.Then the lifts are 3 floors up. If you go with a pushchair or are a wheelchair user you'll need to use the car ramps. Not what you need after a long drive with a baby really

Easy to access and good parking spaces with good access to Vue and local amenities.Supported well by in house security team. Also noted electric chargers and on floor 4 mobility parking

Very well illuminated & maintained.We used it for an overnight stay as free between 6pm to 8pm & staying at Premier Inn with it being less than 10 minutes walk away. Also passed by a Travel lodge if you need free overnight parking.I moved my car to a nearby retail park with free 4 hours parking to go back to hotel have breakfast & shower.

Paid for parking, never got the ticket back. Went to the exit to try and sort it out, person said they couldn't do anything so here's the £30 lost ticket charge on top of the parking I've already paid. Can't argue because she hung up. So out of order.
