Basically we liked another set of Sofa from bfs and then on our way of confirming the order next day, we visited Levines just to see whether there was any we liked, just in case... And we found something that was way much better than our expectations here though it was more expensive as well. Overall, it was a real good buy.

Id give a 0 if i could. Utterly rude manager. They take the money and then state theres been an issue with delivery then try replace it with display furniture. Most importantly avoid as they were rude with no customer service skills at all!!!

You can always find something you like here. We went to buy a two seater sofa and came home with the sofa, two bed frames and two mattresses. We're planning to get these from Argos but this was such a much better deal and quality from Levines. If you go here ask for Martin. He's brilliant, no hard sell and will find you the best deal for you.

My son purchased a 6 drawer Nevada chest of draws from Tyseley branch. To be delivered following Saturday. Sales man said the delivery men can take drawers to his room, and also wrote on receipt Take to room.They arrived on time, but came as a flat pack.I rang and was told by reception that it's £40 to have them assembled. We payed £199 in store they are £175 online with self assembly. I rang again was told by reception £199 is the price in store, feel missled. I also purchased a settee and chair to arrive soon hope it's not a flat pack. Returned to store because the wrong chest of drawers were sent. Errors have been rectified and will have drawers and furniture delivered next Saturday. Very happy.

Sales team at tyseley are great a big show room with plenty of choice but the guys that delivered my sofa need to take some training to learn how to get a sofa into a up stairs property before saying too the customer it won't fit.
