What a disgrace. 50 minute wait for a prescription which was ordered a week in advance. Then told 3 items weren't available. A young lady went round into the dispensing part with 2 young children (3/4ish) to see her mum, whilst the shop was full. All thd staff were slow n quite rude. When I mentioned how long I'd been waiting, the lady said, well we were telling people there was a 30mins wait. Well J wasn't told and it was nearer an hour wait.I gave since changed pharmacies

Service at this pharmacy is diabolical! Offhand staff, prescriptions hit and miss to whether you get your items. Shutting now for 2hrs for lunch! Then to top it off...they are now refusing to take cash! Go woke go broke. Hope you close soon and make way for better experiences for customers.

Been there for years,changing pharmacy,never open when it should be,says 6 30 closed,was there 6.05 closed,been there around noon most times again closed,very polite when your there,your prescription though never seems to ready

Went to pick my prescription up and way behold, cash is now longer acceptable. What, but its still legal tender Lloyd's. Staff were saying that there is no cash on site anymore. Ok. fine ill go elsewhere where they accept cash, like across the road. As the last post says go woke or go broke as your reviews are shocking.

Utterly useless, don't answer the phone to anyone including their own company, can't be bothered to spend 5 minutes helping customers find their online order so that they end up spending weeks waiting for their prescription and end up transferring the order to another store to collect it

Just been to Lloyd's Pharmacy to collect a prescription only but Rhian the cashier pointed out some bargains on offer.Excellent value. Bought several items spending over £20 but after deductions just over £8.So pleased now I went in.Rhian was polite, friendly, helpful and informative. 10/10

The usual poor service hit an all time low today, took 3 visits before I received all of the items on my prescription, with matters further compounded by the shop being closed for over 1 1/2 hours during the day.

Have a repeat prescription every month , bp tablets . Always can you call back there getting delivered later. One item took over two weeks as docs sent it ,they didn't receive .Docs gave me code to show them .still denied it .This chemist is a joke .
