Very efficient and professional service.We were really impressed by how quickly and yet thoroughly the entire experience of initial contact,measurements and fitting was handled.Kudos to Rob who did a fantastic job with the actual fitting ,and after a long time we actually were 100% satisfied with this team!Try him customers,you won’t be disappointed! From start to finish hassle free bob came round measured up our windows gave us some very good advice when choosing which blinds to have a few weeks later the chap came and fitted them five star service I would not hesitate to recommend bob the blindman to anyone first class service

We had been sorely let down by our local blind company based in Shrewsbury, taking our faulty blind down and then not returning our calls to either repair or replace it for over two months.I called Bob and sent him a photograph of the issue with our Roman blind. He sent me a link for the spare part which has just arrived and our blind is now working as normal, all within the space of 4 days.The least I can do is share the standard of service and goodwill he offered us at no benefit to him- thank you Bob it would be 10 stars if possible- you will be the first person I now call when we need replacements.

We ordered shutters for each of our rooms in our new home in Shropshire and chose Bob The Blind Man to install these for us. At each step of the process we were kept informed of progress of the order and once they arrived Bob fitted these for us. The work ethic was a excellent and the job was completed quickly and efficiently with all excess rubbish removed from site.

Update from my last review it appears that part of the reason bib did not contact was really my own fault by not including my phone number he has since contacted me by mail to explain the problem and I have since apologised for the 1 star review which was not really a fair reflection of his business

In recent years I have ordered 9 Venetian blinds for my home from Bob. The quality of manufacture and the fit is always excellent, and I would not consider going elsewhere. Unfortunately in my latest batch of 3 blinds, one was damaged in transit. The service from Bob was exemplary; a new blind was with me within a week and personally delivered to ensure it could not be damaged again. First class!

Extremely happy with my Plantation Shutters from Bob The Blindman. The shutters themselves are both beautifully crafted and expertly fitted. The whole process of enquiry, quotation and fitting was straight-forward & friendly, and the shutters have transformed the house. Highly recommended
