DO NOT USE THIS DEALER.After owning Bentley cars for the last 21 years this is the worst service I have ever received.A straight forward service turned into a disaster.A simple request to check the power to the boot on my GTC turned into hinges being replaced, which I now believe were not required as the same problem re occurred after I collected the car, when I then found out all it needed was a power charge as I expected.I asked for my key fobs to be changed when it was serviced and was surprised to get a call half an hour before I was due to collect to be told the car wasn’t ready as the fobs were arriving the following day, so the car was left with them to complete.On collecting my car you can imagine my surprise when I looked around the car there was masking tape on the boot lid which the advisor and I removed, then there was a muddy boot print on the glove leather trim and the passenger seat and I was then told by the way the air-con was not working (which was before the service) and they will contact me with a price to repair. (that price took 11 days of me chasing to receive)Then I was given my old keys back still expecting to be given my new fobs but was told they still haven’t arrived.I complained to Bentley Essex and received no response so I sent an email to Bentley Motors GB on 23/04/2020 and it must be a standard implemented as they haven’t responded to that email or the follow up emails either.My second Bentley is also now looked after by the local Rolls Royce main dealer and the service is excellent and you feel as though they care and are interested. They also carried out the air-con repair using the same Bentley parts for under half the price I was quoted.If you care about your car or pocket find an alternative dealer.

Dear Viewers,Today, I contacted Bentley Chelmsford - Grange Motors to find out the availability and suitability of the Power Steering Central Hydraulic Fluid (CHF) product for my BENTLEY Flying Spur. My call was attended by Mr Wesley Knowles and he has provided very good advice and spent significant time helping me to identify the products. He went on to provide explanation with other similar products which has provided further clarity on the product similar to CHF 11S and CHF 202. His knowledge is very good on Bentley cars. He even took extra steps to cross verify about the products and location of the refill container/parts in the car itself. He is brilliant. Now, I have ordered the product and it will be delivered to my house next Tuesday. Overall, the service is excellent and I will go back to Bentley Chelmsford - Grange Motors for my future services and parts requirement.
