Excellent place to get your fireplace and stove items. Great service and friendly happy staff. Lots of choices available and lots of variety in every budget. Very clean and comfortable showroom too and you're not badgered or pushed to buy things you don't need. All round excellence.

Great shop with a great selection. I was pleasantly surprised at how much there was in store.

The owners very rude and unhelpful. They had to refit our stove and surrounds 3 times and damaged our chimney which they would not accept any responsibility for. And it took around 8/9 months for them to sort out a few of the problems because they were busy with paying customers even though I'd payed in full on the day of the first installation. Terrible service.

I never knew that you could have a stove practically anywhere in your home, even if you haven't got a chimney!

We visited the showroom and took a picture of what we wanted as an end result (after scouring the web, we found one identical) and got confirmation that this wouldn't be difficult. We gave mike a copy of the specification for the stove that we wanted installed - we ordered independently from Aga and instructions contained all specs and dimensions.First thing that should have rung alarm bells was the sheer quantity of emails that were needed to clarify things - I would receive vague responses that didn't answer the question that I asked, I received confirmation with wrong dimensions. I have an email folder with 57 emails (I'm sure I deleted some along the way, too!) leading up to the install.Day 1: Old fireplace ripped out, hole smashed through wall into flue;Problem 1 - They could not fit a 6 flue liner down the chimney. Maybe the clay chimney was too narrow

These are a bunch of cowboys. I spent £2500.00 and got left with a fire that is not connected to the flu liner, whats even worse is that the liner is not even long enough to reach the stove. I have been told by a Hetas fitter that i cannot use the fire and this company refused to even come and look at it. Externally i have a beautiful fire place but in reality we have to use an electric heater to keep warm. Using the Stovebox/stoveshop was the worst mistake of my life. The only good thing is that at least when we were using the fire it did not kill any of us.

Please don’t ever use this company husband and wife team are rude and only want to take your money then are not interested we made the mistake of paying up front they deliverd the stove and fitting then when we ask for help for our builder when building the external chimney they weren’t interested the customer service is shocking and very rude not helpful at all fitter cut the stove box backing to short when we said we weren’t happy the owner was called to come and look at it he was very nasty and in the end we asked them to leave and had to pay someone else to get it and finish to job we had paid them to do would not give us any refund on the work not done but was laughed at Would not recommended them to my worst enemy

Got a good log burner , showroom very nice too
