Aberdein Considine solely carried out and managed the valuation, sale marketing, conveyance and completion for our property in Scotland whilst we were based in remote in England.Everyone in their team was very helpful and nothing was too much for them. They took the time to answer all our queries and always answered our calls or called us back when they couldn’t. They sold the house, did all the paperwork in-house and passed on the keys to the new owners. It was such a seamless stress free process with them, I am so grateful we chose them for this. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who wants to buy or sell property in Scotland.

Beware of aggressive tactics and unwillingness to behave professionally. Firstly when we made our offer Aberdein Considine implied this had begun a informal closing date and were seeking immediate offers from all notes of interest. This lead to us paying over what we had planned to. Secondly, due to no fault of our own the mortgage process took longer than expected as a result of the lenders timescales and the lender making a significant error during the process. We clearly communicated throughout with Aberdein Considine. Their response was for the last four weeks to contact our solicitors multiple times a week demanding the missives to be completed despite us not having our mortgage offer. On one occasion three weeks prior to setllement date they gave our solicitors a deadline of one hour during a working day to complete missives. Finally, we completed today and got the keys at 12pm. We were told we could then not enter the property until 2pm and then not until 4pm to accommodate the sellers moving out. We have accommodated this but resulting in us rearranging our own deliveries. No thank you was forthcoming from them. I almost forgot, we had to settle today as they have a Christmas office party tomorrow and everyone including our solicitors had to accommodate this. I'm writing this review to avoid anyone else been treated this way by them. They have turned what should have been a pleasant day to into a really unnecessarily unpleasant experience.

Stonehaven very unprofessional. Disappointed in total lack of communication after enquiries and a viewing only to find website withdrawn property tonight with still no communication at all from the branch.

Having wasted eight months with an online estate agent we switched to Aberdein Considine and within ten days we had an offer on our property. I believe this was due to the marketing package provided, the excellent professional photography, and the very attractive brochure.The team in the Stonehaven branch handled the sale of our house and the purchase of the new property in a prompt and efficient manner ensuring that the transaction went smoothly with the minimum of fuss.I would highly recommend Aberdein Considine to anyone buying or selling a property.

Very friendly service and staff when selling/buying a property, but needed repeated emails and calls and a lot of chasing up on my part. Made moving home more stressful.

They may not be the cheapest but when to come to selling your house here in the North East of Scotland there is little comparison.Efficient, helpful friendly staff made the whole experience as pleasant as it could be.

Would not recommend buying a house with Aberdein Considine. Poor and slow communication. Made up tasks that were sorted on the seller's side.

Worst agency ever had to deal with. Taking them 4 weeks to complete a reference check (finding out for tiniest and most ridiculous reasons), then giving a s**t reference to the landlord making sure that you will not be accepted by the landlord, therefore they can get more applicants paying £20 non refundable fees each time for their useless reference check. They are not listening to you, neither reading your emails. You just spend 4 weeks hoping for nothing. Absolutely gutted with the service they provide and not recommending to rent properties from them at all!!! Waste of time & money and having to go through a lot hassle, useless phone calls and annoyance. Don't even think of applying for any of their properties!

We had a great experience with Aberdein Considine all the girls we spoke to were extremely helpful and Laura always had the answers to our questions.We recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a house.

Not sure if its a new tactic to leave sending the Solicitors Bill until the 11th hour 6hrs before I make the house payment, gives no time to question charges or queries, but demanding the payment is made with the House payment, after receiving the bIll then the calls go to voicemail ??
