Friendly and helpful service & advice. Our son had bad nappy rash and sores for a good few weeks with other creams and balms not doing much. Was recommended by Matthew at Rushmere Private Clinic to use a Tropic balm which within 3-4 days has cleared up everything. Would definitely come here for help & treatment again.

All new for me and a bit traumatised by needles in general but this was absolutely fine. Matt was great, helping me decide what to have done, encouraging, understanding of my fears and extremely gentle. AMAZING results in just a few days. No cream in the world could of done this and I've tried quite a few.No refill needed. Great service and great results.

I was very nervous as this was my first treatment, but Matt put me totally at ease. He is so knowledgeable about every aspect of the treatments and explains everything both before and during treatment. The whole experience was made enjoyable, with soothing music and a glass of Prosecco. Matt kept in contact afterwards to check on my progress, which was really that extra touch. I went for the minimal amount to start with as I wanted a natural look and was so pleased with the results. I just needed a slight top up, which Matt had said I may want, but I was glad that I had taken it slowly. Matt went out of his way to fit me in for this. The treatment has really boosted my confidence, I'm so pleased with the results! I will definitely be back and highly recommend Matt. It is clear that he enjoys the positive results just as much as his clients!

He has since listened to my other needs and I will be having more treatments - I can’t wait !
