Do NOT take Loubitons here. I wanted new soles putting on my beloved shoes, and received them back with what looks like red paint all over the heel tips, on the black leather and around the black rim, and some weird holes and cracking from where the paint has dried. Also the colour is more of a bergundy than Loubiton red so I have had to try and paint them myself. You can see from the photos the colour they painted them versus the colour I am using. Save yourself £60 and buy Angleus Walk On Red paint which is the closest colour match to Loubiton red. An absolutely careless job on a £595 pair of heels, they should be ashamed of this.

Went that extra mile to cut some old car keys for my classic car. Even sourced one of the difficult ones and phoned me back once found. Would highly recommend!

prices are really high. I better go to armley for shoe repair, there is a talented guy that charges less and I trust him.the other thing why I give them only 1 star is that when my partner gave them my new watch to shorten the bracelet, it came off the same day! he paid 5£.very dissapointed...

Lovely people. My son is disabled and his hoist needed an emergency hem fix on them both. The man here fixed them no hassle and didn’t charge for his services, expertise and time which was amazing for my son. Lovely place, thank you so much.

We have used this Craggs shop more than once, usually for detached soles but occasionally more complicated repairs. We have never been less than delighted with the quality of workmanship and attention to detail. You can tell this shop is run by proper craftspeople with experience and skill. Strongly recommended.

Did a great job repairing both Ecco Gore-tex walking shoes without damaging the waterproof lining and reinstating stitching. A job Timpsons wouldn't touch! Well done as always Craggs!

Craggs did an amazing job repairing my long DeNiro riding boot. The zip had completely broken and other cobblers either said they couldn’t replace it or had massive wait times, but after posting it to Craggs they turned it around in time for me needing the boot back. Great communication throughout and the boot is as good as new again! Thank you
