Superb. Been to many different phone shops but this is ultimately the best. They got everything you need and offer a tremendous service. Very polite and very quick. They also offer outcall service and the prices are insane so cheap. Highly recommend!!!

They dont return calls. Twice ive been in and asked for a price regarding a phone screen, left my number for a quote and not been contacted. When i called them they said theyd call me back and havent. This was 4 weeks ago

I brought in my Huawei with a totally smashed screen to be repaired. Kam is a bright, professional and expert phone engineer. He repaired my phone whilst I had a coffee round the corner! £60 for a brand new screen and a 6 month warranty. It's a shame to say that 'hopefully I won't ever have to go again' but if I do damage my phone, I'll be straight back there.Highly recommended.

I went to get my screen fixed he replaced my button with a cheap non working one and he didn’t redo it and told me to come the next day, the next day I got told to wait half an hour for my button to get fixed and I ended up waiting 3 hours,sorry but if you want to have good customer service you do your job properly and just fix the screen not take my original button with my broken screen. Iam clearly aware that when you change the screen the button isn’t connected with it. He clearly knew he did wrong and didn’t think I would come back.He panicked and did loads of mistakes.

Purchased a Samsung second-hand phone. There were a number of false information given about the phone from the start. I had to wait long hours for him to make changes to the phone. Phone was not working after purchase. Returned phone, excuses given by the staff. Getting a refund was not a straight forward matter.
