Absolutely Karting Maidenhead

Booked a party of 6 adults for my sons 17th birthday. Arrived, changed into race suits, watched a training video, then told our session was cancelled due to condensation on the track. Our friends had travelled from Dorset to join us for the experience and we were offered nothing for this huge inconvenience and disappointing scenario for my son. This happened on Saturday morning and I am still awaiting a phone call from the manager as there wasn't any management available on the Saturday. Also awaiting a full refund. Very poor customer service.

I booked this as a fun day out with friends for mine and a friend’s birthday. Luckily we pre-booked otherwise it would have been sold out. The adrenaline rush when I picked up speed in the go kart was the best part. As it was my first time I found the steering wheel to be very stiff. Apparently that’s how it’s meant to be. The track was lit as we opted for the glow kart option. The track was too small though. A slightly longer track would have made it more fun. The safety instructions were clear and concise. Helmets and safety suit were provided. I would defo go again.

Great bunch of people running this venue. I'm a semi regular at this track, the track layout is great whether on the bottom, top or full combined track The karts are at least as reliable and consistent as any other track I've been to.

I had a great time at the go-karting experience, and I'd rate it at 5 stars. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, providing top-notch customer service that truly enhanced our visit. However, there was a minor issue with some of the go-karts stopping intermittently, which could be improved for a smoother experience. Additionally, it would be ideal if the racing suits were a bit cleaner. Overall, it was an enjoyable day with wonderful staff, and with a few adjustments, it could easily be a 5-star experience.Lots of free parking is a big plus point.Bear in mind its a charity organisation.Must visit.

Great overall experience. Would be nice to see adjustment for different levels. E.g. fast racers can suffer if there are slow racers on the track.

What an amazing experience with the kids Ian was amazing with my son honestly gave him an experience he will always remember made his day even though he is a wheelchair user excellent will definitely recommend and come back!!

Visited today, overall the experience was alright but definitely not great!To summarise,- the staff are less than helpful, more interested in personal conversations, Instagram and Tinder than dealing with or providing any level of customer service to guests.- the safety talk" was poor

Has the potential to be a really nice experience, but obscene prices, rude staff, and unhelpful customer service make this a place I can't recommend to others.The session had virtually no time on full speed, and the marshall was very rude to the entire group. Upon contacting customer service, they took a week to reply (having to be prompted to do so), and were unhelpful in reaching a resolution, only offering a voucher to come back for another sub-par experience.For £44pp it's shocking.

First time here and it is very nicely setup. When we went the lights were on. At a moment they switched of and the whole setup has changed into glow carting and it was quite exciting to watch it. Kids just loved it and it is a perfect place for kids birthday events. The party rooms at the top are slightly cramped. The staff are very friendly and made sure all the kids safety is taken care and always kept an eye. Will surely visit again.
