Really love Jo at this location! Both times I’ve been in, she’s been so friendly and super knowledgeable about the whole range of products and how they affect different skin types. Kiehls products are amazing anyway, but credit to your wonderful staff too!

Have to wait at door, staff press for the door to slide open for you to enter. Staff seemed polite and friendly.
