I was able to call in the morning and get an appointment for the same day shortly after. I had a pedicure with paraffin wax and shellac. My feet have never felt so soft following a pedicure. I’m really grateful that I was able to be accommodated today. Will be visiting you again soon, thanks Zoë

I missed my appointment, regrettably I put it in my diary wrong, it happens, so I got an email saying I'd missed it and I owed £10 for missed appointment. I rang and sincerely apologised and the lady was so rude! I apologised and she said well that's not my problem is it". Her attitude towards a genuinely apologetic customer was horrible

I went to the salon few days ago. Had the best french manicure till date. Also got my lashes done by Anna,the lash artist chose the right length and volume for my lashes.It was my first time to get lashes done. I’ve got no problem so far. I’m really happy with their customer service. Very welcoming and professional behaviour. I’d definitely go there again.

This was my first time using this salon. I came away very happy. Booked gel nails and spa pedi with wax. Very lovely lady, very professional. Nails are brilliant. My feet are wow feel so soft like real ladies' feet instead of rough dry walkers feet. I will definitely be coming a regular and in the new year trying new serives as well. Price is really good as well

Booked in last week for intimate waxing today (never had it done before!) and Antonia immediately put me at ease! She explained all the aftercare details clearly to me and she was chatty and had a laugh with me! Super comfortable and professional! I will definitely be back! Thankyou!

Had manicure, pedicure, facial and eyebrow tinting for my wedding. I was so stressed but I was so my treatments were so relaxing I left feeling calm and confident. I was so impressed with my nails I almost cried! I still can't stop looking at them. I will definitely be back.

I visited this Salon 2 days to get my manicure and pedicure. Fantastic results. I would highly recommend this Salon. Staff are very professional and welcoming. I will now become a regular as the prices are also very reasonable. Great service with a smile x
