Door to door Transfers definitely help in choosing Eclipse, that and the quality of service set them apart from their competitors.

Just returned from tenby on Monday,hotel good but bedrooms need some tlc although very clean.meals were very good & served on hot plates that makes a difference.we had Paul as our driver he was excellent from start to finish & very helpful making sure everyone was helped of the coach if they needed assistance.cant praise eclipse holidays enough from office staff doing the bookings,door to door is also a bonus.keeo up the good work x

Just returned from trip to Durham, beamish and holy isle had a great time , hotel good, food good, trips good, didn't go on holy Isle trip but others on the bus said a long day, a special shout out for Paul the driver, clear instructions at all times, kept the bus spotless and managed to keep a bus load of the older generation in check (no easy task) and a great playlist of tunes will definitely be booking again.

Just returned from a holiday in Ireland. First time with Eclipse but definitely not the last. Picked up by taxi on time and bus and ferry worked like clockwork. Hotel fantastic and nothing too much for staff. Tours went toBelfast and Dublin very interesting. Finally our driver Glenn was friendly, a real people person and did his job of driving very well. Highly recommended trip.

This was our first experience of travelling with Eclipse and hopefully won't be our last. Their customer service is excellent. From the original booking via telephone until the query about taxi collection on returning home, the staff were friendly and dealt with everything promptly.Our coach was very comfortable and the driver was first class. He was cheerful, caring and, most importantly, a very good driver. He even cleaned the coach each night.

Back today from a trip to Montrose at the Park Hotel, absolutely fabulous time.Felt very appreciated to be a customer and the little touches that the company put in place make you feel valued. Would highly recommend booking through Eclipse.Thanks for the wonderful memories from start to finish.

First time travelling with Eclipse and wasn't disappointed. We travelled to our base in Newcastle and spent a day at Beamish and a day in Durham . Very well organised with some extra touches. Didn't do the trip to Seahouses and Holy Isle instead spent some time seeing Newcastle. A special mention to Paul our driver who was very professional and kept us well informed at all times. We certainly would travel with Eclipse again.

My mum's just returned today 7/9/23 from a bus tour to Orkney. She doesn't do much online so I've offered to write this for her. She said Paul was an excellent driver and very helpful during the bus tour, the best driver she's had on any Eclipse bus tour and she wanted to leave a positive review for him . She enjoyed her holiday and the daily tours.

Holiday not as expected no mention that that the train journeys were only one way and that you returned by coach. Long train journey to Mallaig and only 1/2 hour there before getting on coach and back. Spent 10mins of this time in a queue for the ladies no time to see the place never mind get some lunch. Hotel very run down needs a good clean and the service and the food was very basic. First time on this type of holiday and it will be my last. When you cost out the train journeys we did and the hotel cost on line holiday was overpriced

Just back from a great 5 day tour of Oxford, Cambridge and Windsor with Eclipse. The taxi taking us to the pick up point was bang on time and the driver helped with our luggage. The coach was very comfortable with an on board toilet although we had 2 good comfort breaks on the way. The driver, Alex, was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. He kept us informed at all times and could answer any questions asked. The locations were stunning and we had plenty of time to explore and see the cities tourist sites. The hotel was a bit remote but after the days sight seeing it was good just to have dinner and chill out. This was our first trip by coach and we looked at other companies but we picked Eclipse after a recommendation. The door to door feature is brilliant and to anyone thinking about a coach trip I would say don,t think about it, do it, you,ll not regret it and I would definitely recommend Eclipse.
