This is an excellent practice. The dental staff are really caring, sympathetic and proficient and the receptionists are incredibly knowledgeable on procedures and info relating to treatment and are very helpful and friendly. Definitely recommended.

What a lovely dental surgery. The receptionists have always made me feel at ease and are so lovely and cheerful from the moment i walk in.I am petrified of the dentists after a lot of bad experiences. I was recommended Jason at smile shine when I was pregnant and from day 1 they have made me feel at ease. I am an NHS patient and they treat their private patients the same as me. Elena and Emma have been fantastic from day 1.

Why would a receptionist of all people think she can look down her nose at people. Very rude receptionist. Assumed rudely before I spoke that they won't take on any more NHS patients.I said what makes you assume I am NHS she was then very rude tried to usher me out until she finally let me speak and allowed me to book appointment.She was so rude I am now a patient with BUPA Dental across the road. As everyone deserves to be treated with respect what ever race or cread.They are really welcome and treat every equally. Which is how it should be.

Always a cheerful reception team.A regular for Dentist and Hygienist.Recently had my teeth whitened and two front crowned due to age, wear and poor appearance.Had a planned course of a few weeks first whitening the temporary crowns which were no problem.I chose the private option but NHS option very reasonable also interest free payments available for larger costs.Amazing results and much easier than expected, wish I had done it earlier.Many thanks Dr. Maria and team.Can thoroughly recommend.

Absolutely amazing ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️As someone who’s finds the dentist a bit of an ordeal and has me on edge and uncomfortableThis was the first time I’ve ever felt at ease from the moment I walked in I was greeted by 2 lovely ladies who were very helpful and kind especially Emma who was very supportive and understanding helping me through the formsAnd then the dentist Dr Nilan Shah and her assistant so nice and welcoming very respectful and gentle making me feel as comfortable as possible totally recommend this place ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Absolutely amazing dentist. We travel a distance to see our dentist because he is by far the best dentist out there. Great with all ages always so friendly and welcoming - part of the family. My daughter is very calm and relaxed with him as he puts her at ease with what he is going to do. Usually she has very bad anxiety. Hard to find a good dentist. But when you do you have to hold on close to them. Bit like a good hairdresser. Highly recommend this dental surgery.

This is the best Dentist in SE London. Brilliant and professional service from the moment you call for an apt with the super friendly reception and administrative staff, through to treatment and any follow-up referrals that need to be made. Always very prompt to respond and happy to answer any questions. They go over and above - with their service. Our family have been at this dentist for many years and we wouldn't go anywhere else. The loveliest reception team. Always greeted with a smile. The team is welcoming and very efficient. I have been with this practice for over 12 years and always been looked after very well by some very attentive, professional and caring dentists and hygienists so thank you guys x
